The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the sales, engineering and distribution management team to alleviate the group's administrative burdens.
Must have a minimum of a high school degree, college degree preferred with 5+ years work in an administrative capacity . Experience in a corporate office environment working with confidential and sensitive information related to Personnel, R&D and Sales. Demonstrated skills using Microsoft Office suite essential with a strong skill set in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must also demonstrate an ability to analyze basic reports for accuracy. Previous experience working with finance and accounting is a plus. Use of a ERP and Sales Force (CRM) are preferred. Exposure to Concur for travel and expenses ideal. Must display a professional appearance, have excellent phone skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic environment important.
