Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Support the operation of the facility by providing assistance to the Operations Manager and General Foreman in areas that include but are not limited to finance, human resources, and general administrative duties.


  • HR Assistant, which includes scheduling interviews for applicants, scheduling pre-employment physicals with clinic, distributing and gathering new hire information, maintaining employee files, entering and managing weekly payroll, benefits management, attendance tracking including discipline, annual performance reviews for all hourly employees.
  • Procurement Administration of non-inventory items, which includes issuing purchase orders, ordering items, following up with receiving and invoicing of items, coding invoices to proper A/P accounts, sending invoices to corporate for processing; and reconciling outstanding purchase orders on a monthly basis.
  • Manage Petty cash account, which includes dispensing and reconciling on a monthly basis or when replenishing is needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, which include but are not limited to, mail collection and processing, office supply ordering and control, janitorial supply ordering and control, safety committee participation, event planning and executing.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Associates Degree from two-year college or technical school or the equivalent to 3 years of human rescources, clerical, data entry, customer service and or procurement experience.


Company information systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office, ADP, JDE, phones, fax, scanner, copier and other office equipment.


Bilingual English/Spanish Required
