The primary focus of a Fabricator I operator is to fabricated assemblies while following all WireCo WorldGroup policies, procedures, and work instructions. The position also includes reading blue prints, using tape measures and other measuring devices to calculate the cut length of rope lengths to meet the customer requirement.   There may be other duties that are work related tasks as assigned by management.

The Technical Service Engineer-Oil & Gas assists the Global Manager of Technical Service- Oil & Gas in providing a liaison between Engineering and all other departments, field management, diversified interests and the customer. To inspect, repair, replace, install, adjust and maintain all electrical equipment. Make sure all machines and building repairs are repaired properly. Make electronic repairs at various times to acquire the knowledge needed to do electronic repairs. Shall be able to repair any ac or dc drives to the best of his capabilities.
Sets up and operates one or more wire drawing machines.  Positions and secures specified dies in dieholder, using hand tools.  Lifts coil of wire onto feed reel, and threads it through dies.  Coats wire with lubricant to facilitate drawing machine and starts machine.  Inspects and measures drawn wire to verify conformance to specified shape, size and resistance, using instruments such as wire gauges and micrometers, replaces worn dies by using hand tools.  Performs tensile strength and other tests and records test data on proper form.
The Material Handler is responsible for safely carrying out the work assignments received from the leadman or the Distribution Center Manager or Assistant Distribution Center Manager.  Primary responsibilities include fabrication, wire rope handling, cutting, packaging, and shipment preparation.
The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining plant equipment and facilities to ensure minimal machine downtime and maximum production efficiency.
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment used in production of wire and any necessary support equipment, including wire drawing equipment, air compressors, boilers, fork trucks, pumps,  D.C. motors and controllers, furnaces, waste water treatment system and other related equipment.

The FP&A group provides analysis to the executive team in their efforts to make decisions and implement operational improvements that enhance the Company’s performance. The team executes SG&A management as well as process improvements based on WireCo WorldGoup’s strategic priorities. The team is responsible for global budgeting, strategic planning, management reporting, special projects and presentations to the Board of Directors.   The Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position will take an active role in all aspects of FP&A. He/she will work closely with other division leaders on data collection, business analysis, developing tactical and strategic insight and delivering recommendations to management. While assignments are wide-ranging, they typically involve financial and quantitative analysis to support the team in making informed data-driven decisions about short-term and long-term direction of WireCo WorldGroup.

Job Summary   The Stranding Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, loading and operating the stranding machine and making necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of the strand meets required specifications.  The Strander Operator is responsible for his/her own safety and the safety of those around the stranding machine.

Operators are required to properly use safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes.        Working Conditions/Physical Requirements   Standing/walking on concrete floors for 12-hour shifts. Pushing/pulling, lifting up to 50 lbs.
